About affordable, low-cost counselling

Low-cost counselling offers a more affordable way to access quality mental health care. At Nimble, our sessions are provided by dedicated intern counsellors completing their master’s degrees in counselling. Each intern is supervised by an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

For those seeking support without the financial strain, we offer:

  • Free Initial 50-minute session

  • Individual Counselling Sessions

    • $50/50-minute session

    • $75/80-minute session

  • Relationship Counselling Sessions:

    • $70/50-minute session

    • $105/80-minute session
